Bury given two-week reprieve as winding-up order adjourned

A judge has adjourned a bid to wind up Bury Football Club.
English Football League officials expelled the team in August after directors failed to show they could cover debts.
The club were abandoned on the brink of liquidation this week following a buyer ended their attention on Monday, prompting fans group Bury to declare they would not keep their legal fight to prevent the HMRC winding-up request.
Burys case was analysed by judge Mark Mullen at an Insolvency and Companies Court hearing in London on Wednesday.
Lawyers representing HM Revenue and Customs had created an attempt to wind up.
The judge said hed reconsider the situation on October 30.
Back in June, the judge had debts and had discovered that Bury owed nearly # 1m.
Bury won advertising in the conclusion of this 2018-19 campaign, on Sky Bet League One, English footballs third grade.
Plans to get a phoenix club are set up, which would need to employ to the FA to get entry next season.
